Fitting a Packout in a truck bed. Anyone know if there's a way to modify a Packout so that the handle folds lower so that it can fit in the bed of a truck with a tonneau cover closed? Remove the fixed nut and bolt, drill out for a 5/16" hinge pin, remove and reset as desired. Two screws hold it in place at the bottom.
